Hot Stone Massage

This is the best of both worlds; therapeutic massage techniques are intermixed with the use of warm basalt stones.


Myofascial Cupping

This treatment combines therapeutic massage techniques with myofascial cups to stretch soft tissues and reduce adhesions.


SGI Claims

SGI treatments are available for anyone with an active SGI claim who is receiving treatment from a qualified physiotherapist or chiropractor.

The SGI claim number and representative information must be provided at the time of booking.


Essential Oil Massage

The addition of pure essential oils to your massage creates a multi-sensory experience to help you relax.


Focused Face & Neck Massage

This treatment focuses on the neck, face, jaw and scalp and includes intra-oral massage.


Pediatric Massage

Book this massage if the client is under 16 years of age.

Amanda graduated from McKay Career Training in 2013, and is registered with the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS). Over the years, she has received training in Myofascial Release (John F. Barnes technique), Craniosacral, Somatic movement, Shiatsu, and Myofascial Cupping treatment. She uses a variety of these modalities in her practice to give you the best possible treatment and help you move closer to a healthier and pain-free lifestyle.
